Cat's Eye English version

A mysterious art thief named Cat's Eye exclusively goes after the works of European painter Michael Heinz. Detective Toshio Utsumi fails to arrest Cat's Eye at every turn, getting scolded by his boss, and even facing demotion. Toshio's girlfriend Hitomi Kisugi, who runs a café near the precinct which shares the name of this thief, is always there to listen to his gripes and give him a pick-me-up.
